There are various reasons why sellers might choose to auction their property instead of conducting a traditional listing:

We offer three types of auctions through our partnership with AuctionTime.com:

• Online - strictly online for a set period of time with bidders registering and bidding online through the duration of the auction
• In person - live in person at a set time and location with the bidding and registration being done in person on location
• Hybrid - a combination of both live and online, typically being online-only until the date of closing the auction, with a specific time and location for the end of the auction with bids being taken during the live session both from online and in person bidders
