Based in Southeast Iowa, Alyssa has been actively buying, selling, and investing in real estate for over 15 years. Through her own transactions, she has navigated a wide range of situations and understands that no two transactions are ever the same. Her experience includes rural land and crop farms, residential homes, new construction, remodels, and land with development potential.

Through her participation in a farm business management program and her hands-on experience in crop farming and cattle operations, Alyssa offers firsthand insight into land values, farm management, and agricultural financing. Having navigated first-time farmer loan programs, rehab loans, and new construction financing herself, she understands the moving parts behind more complex transactions and helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether someone is buying their first hobby farm, recreational property, or selling a long-held property, Alyssa is committed to simplifying the process and guiding clients from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Alyssa and her husband run a land management company focused on improving wildlife habitat. She enjoys involving her two children in the family business and exploring all that Southeast Iowa has to offer.
