Carter Loven grew up and still lives in his small hometown in central Minnesota with his wife, their son, and their German Shorthair. From a very young age, Carter discovered his passion for hunting from his dad and grandpa, who walked the woods and hunted everything from deer and turkey, to geese, ducks, and even mushrooms. His grandpa also got him into archery hunting with a traditional recurve bow, that included homemade string and arrows, and then his passion snowballed from there.

Carter's passion for the outdoors and his desire to make that passion a career, led him to become a land agent. Carter takes pride in helping clients see the value in land, in a way that goes beyond property boundaries, and strives to help his clients find a space that fits not only their lifestyle but also their passion.

Growing up around nature has taught him the importance of land stewardship and taking care of it, so it can take care of you. That same mindset drives Carter’s approach in real estate through dedication, respect, and an eye for hidden potential.
