Jordy Franken grew up on a farm in Northeast Iowa, where she developed a deep appreciation for agriculture, livestock, and rural living. As a land agent with American Legacy Land Company, Jordy specializes in Iowa farmland, recreational land, pasture and livestock properties, and equine real estate. With an understanding of both rural and commercial opportunities, she helps clients identify properties that align with their goals, whether for investment, agriculture, recreation, or long term legacy. Prior to real estate, Jordy worked in agricultural fertilizer and marketing, giving her a strong understanding of land productivity, relationships, and how to strategically position and market a property to its fullest potential.

Jordy is an active member of the Realtors Land Institute, the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation, the Iowa Cattlemen's Association, the Iowa Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association, Pheasants Forever, and the National Wild Turkey Federation. She also holds a notary license, providing added convenience to clients throughout the transaction process.

In her free time, Jordy enjoys hunting, fishing, thoroughbred racing, volleyball, and traveling.
