Zach is a Minnesota land agent specializing in upland hunting land, recreational property, and waterfront real estate. Raised in Trempealeau County, in the heart of Wisconsin's Driftless Area, he earned a degree in Business Management from Winona State University before spending the last ten years running a business and working in the outdoor industry as a filmmaker, producing content for shows airing on the Outdoor Channel. 

He comes from a long line of avid outdoorsmen who passed down a deep passion for hunting, fishing, and time spent in the woods. That upbringing shaped how he looks at hunting land, lake homes and waterfront properties: not just acres and boundary lines, but cover, water, access, and what a property could become with the right management. 

In his free time, he runs a native seed farm and works in habitat restoration, growing native prairie and savanna species for conservation projects. Whether it's upland bird cover, whitetail habitat, timberland, or a hunting parcel that needs work, he reads a property for what it can hold, and he's always glad to walk a piece of land and talk through its potential. 

He and his wife, Haley, spend as much time outdoors together as they can with their golden retriever, Rory.
