Adam Spitz is a Nebraska native and Land Specialist with American Legacy Land Co., specializing in the sale of farms, hunting properties, recreational land, and rural acreage throughout Nebraska.
Raised in rural Nebraska, Adam developed a lifelong appreciation for agriculture, the outdoors, and the land that defines the state. His passion for hunting, fishing, wildlife, and habitat conservation gives him a perspective that extends well beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Adam understands that for many landowners, a property is more than just an investment; it can represent a family legacy, a place to hunt and recreate, or a farm that has been passed down for generations.
Adam and his wife, entered the real estate industry in 2017, initially focusing on home flipping and property investment before expanding his real estate experience into land. That background has given Adam a strong understanding of both the investment and personal sides of real estate, while his passion for the outdoors ultimately led him to specialize in land sales.
Today, Adam works with landowners and buyers across Nebraska, helping clients navigate the sale and acquisition of agricultural land, hunting properties, recreational ground, and rural acreage, bringing together market knowledge, real estate experience, and a genuine understanding of the land itself.
Outside of real estate, Adam is an avid hunter and fisherman and actively supports conservation organizations including the National Wild Turkey Federation, Pheasants Forever, and Ducks Unlimited. He is also a proud parent of three children, Ryleigh, Kayson, and Brealynn, and enjoy sharing their love of the outdoors, hard work, and Nebraska’s natural resources with their family.
For Adam, working in land real estate is a natural extension of the life he has always lived, rooted in Nebraska, driven by a passion for the outdoors, and committed to helping landowners make informed decisions about some of their most valuable and meaningful assets.
